Traceability & Transparency Hub
The biggest tool in demonstrating sustainability for the leather industry is transparency and this is enabled through traceability. This hub will look at how methodology can work with technology to provide solutions for the industry.
All participants in this hub will volunteer their time and be asked to review the Foundation’s documentation, recommend improvements and help drive industry sustainability developments.
Members of the hub will:
- Receive technical documents and be asked for comment.
- Attend on-line meetings and be involved in value chain strategies to improve information flow and systems for traceability and transparency.
- Be recognised on our website as industry collaborators.
- Help to drive forward the future of what information is needed and how it can be exchanged to demonstrate sustainability.
